DIY Application for floorboard, plywood (0.6mm thick veener), furniture, wall panels, etc.
DIY 方式塗刷OSMO木蜡油在地板，夾板(0.6mm厚木皮面)，家具，墙板上的方法:
首先, 確保木材表面光滑(表面應該用砂紙順木紋打磨，從粗砂到幼砂, 最后用120-150號拋光)。如想做到最佳效果, 必須做好基本打磨。

常用的塗刷方式： (The different application methods)
1. 噴塗方式:

2. 用毛刷方式:
Brushing |
薄薄的塗刷兩次(這是最好效果)
Brush very thinly 2 times(that is the best result) |
3. 用乾布方式:
Wiping |
用布抺兩次(如想有更好的抗液體性, 必須用毛刷方式方可)
Use cloth wipe 2 times(for high liquid and dirt resistant, use brushes to apply the 2nd coat) |
塗油程序Application Processing:
| 第一遍塗層 1st coat: |
| 步驟一 Step 1 |
素板用砂紙打磨。為達到最佳效果，廠方建議從粗砂至到幼砂，分别用60，80，100，120，150號砂紙。
Use Sandpaper for sanding. For best results. You may need to start with a very rough grade of sandpaper until the final sanding with fine grade of sand paper. For example: use 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 grit sandpaper.

| 步驟二 Step 2 |
OSMO木蠟油不需要勾兑任何化學溶劑，開罐後攪匀即可塗刷。
No need to dilute with any solvent/water. Stir well before use. |

| 步驟三 Step 3 |
先做第一遍塗層。塗刷方式有多種：1. 用布擦拭，2. 油刷，3. 滾刷，4. 刮刀，5. 機塗。如下圖示為用布擦拭着色。
There are different application methods: (1) Wiping, (2) Brushing, (3) Roller, (4) Scrapping, (5) Machine Buffering. Below demonstration is: wiping method. |

| 步驟四 Step 4 |
放置在通風的環境下8-12小時(或隔夜)，幹透之後用鋼絲棉和百潔布打磨表面(使表面光滑)。
Leave it on ventilated environment for 8-12 hours (or overnight). Use steel wool and scouring pad for polishing to remove standing up wood fibres. |

| 第二遍塗層 2nd coat: |
| 步驟一 Step 1 |
對於經常走動踩的地方，我們再加一層硬蠟油做面層增加保護，用油刷來進行塗刷, 以達到最佳防水防污效果。
For floorboards, Apply 1 coat of Hardwax-oil to protect the pigment. Use brushing method, to achieve better liquid and dirt resistance. |
